Downgrading of staff duties due to lack of funding meaning you work harder and are told to do jobs that previously were performed by a higher band. No job progression or promotion available due to staffing cuts and lack of funding. No training opportunities or investment in staff. Sickness levels are high in some areas due to stress. Pension reforms linking NHS pension age to the state pension age. Minimal additional re-numeration when working unsociable hours.
