Breeding ground for disrespect & toxicity

- Was allowed a car service home and dinner on the company if I worked late (which was every night)

Cons

- management is critical and there just wasn't much managing happening. - management will also watch you deteriorate due to burnout and ask for more - just to squeeze every last drop - the culture fosters distrust, disrespect, and unrealistic demands - there is no physical space that is updated to foster growth and a healthy work environment

Not enough to waste the words.

Cons

You work in a fear based environment. You cannot talk to upper management or you will be fired. Everyday you walk on eggshells. They do not like older employees and will not promote older people. The only corporation that I ever worked for that discourages employee feed back. If you speak the truth you will be dealt with in a way that will end your career. The management theme is (The Emperor's new clothes).

STAY AWAY FROM NBC UNIVERSAL TELEMUNDO. Not a place to have a long term career. My supervisor lied to me and human resources is inept. The culture is horrible for mid level executives and there are few minorities working at the their spanish TV section - Telemundo.

Cons

Supervisor was unprofessional in every way. From sexual harassment to lying. Not sure how was promoted to a Vice President role. The rest of the culture was like an old boys club.
