      Pros

      A company with a true team spirit, good work-life balance, leader on its market, good geographical situation (Paris 16). Good benefits: profit sharing, lunch vouchers, 100% paid public transportation, yearly bonus, flexible working time, possibility to work remotely. Great corporate party launched once a year in a well selected place in Paris. You have the possibility to work aside brilliant people, experts in their industry.

      I don't see any inconvenience at the company level.

      high salary good atmosphere but seems to depend on the team a lot to do still a small company

      messy code, poor tools and process poor management not much career opportunity developers are not given enough responsabilities important hours
