      Pros

      Not a lot to say. Average competence of developer is quite good. The pay is good for a starting job.

      Cons

      Use very old technology of c++, the software build system just doesn't work: no incremental build. Waste quite a lot of time every day because of that. Practically, the management layer doesn't really care the software quality. All they want is good demos to client.

      Pros

      good environment with exceptional benefits (may be too much for what we do in our daily work). bonus are multiple of 2,5k and you can get till 6 months (provided you stay late at work, that is after 8pm)

      Cons

      - to have a promotion or a good hike, you have to stay late - you don't learn finance but murex stuff
