      Based on benchmarks, the salary is not that bad. Sometimes flexible times are allowed and bonuses are received occasionally..

      Cons

      Poor management, overall there is no clear direction where the company is going, which makes the environment quite distrustful. Micromanagement and lack of competent individuals in the region.
