      Pros

      For the most part you can find good bosses and work that is challenging and plentiful. As with anything it is what you make it. If YOU hunt and pursue opportunities to learn you will find some often to be done on your own time though. The company appears to want to be socially and environmentally responsible. At least that is what the internal meetings and releases say so the first big step of awareness is there!

      Cons

      The environment is tough. Loud and very overstimulating environments that do not lend well to the endless teams calls. Inboxes reflect the worsening silo and political culture causing them to overflow with a lot of words and an endless list of self identified protect my turf stakeholders. You must be able to self insulate or be willing to join in the office politics that are overflowing. It can be exhausting and no help can be found - awareness has yet to find its way down to the masses and action to eliminate the offensive actions is not coming. The culmination of everything makes work exhausting and very dysfunctional.

      good work life balance. fair compensation for work required.

      Cons

      generally a mess and not getting better, management at large is out of touch with the processes they pretend to manage. not a sinking ship, but it feels that way.
