Starting pay outs are very good. Products are very competitive.

Cons

After a few years the pay out goes down and you have to start paying MetLife to work for them.

Everyone should want to work for Snoopy! I can't say enough good things about the place. Great benefits and great opportunities.

Cons

Salaries at Metlife are not as good as other employers. Sometimes senior management and "food chain" can get a bit "big headed."
