Pros

Good benefits, good company name, flexiblility. opportunity to write auto home and life insurance with good coverages little management oversite

Cons

poor training and high expenses. Very strict underwriting and company wants the cream of the crop credit wise for clients. Every expense is paid out of your pocket with little reimburstment. Residuals are very low as well you don't own your book of business management often misinforms or doesn't know company policies or details of changes.

Benefits package has been good Challenging projects to work on when not undergoing organizational re-alignment Big company with large sales and distribution channels, especially overseas

Career advancement, promotions are nonexistent- especially in IT Technology, is not cutting edge, insurance companies are notorious for lagging behind and 140 year old companies especially
