Pros

Flexible work arrangements. They could really care less where you do your job (home or the office) as long as the job gets done. The people are very nice and helpful

Cons

Tend to work 'around the clock' ..... If you do not like working by yourself all the time, this position is not right for you. You basically work with people that you never see .... a lot of phone time expected (meetings, etc.)

Pros

Good benefits, generally good people, good products and financial strength to offer to the consumer

Cons

Silos everyone protects the area they're in, lots of back stabbers, have to know how to play the political game or you get poor reviews. In consistent application of rules, such as telecommuting, senior managers don't know or appreciate what subordinates are really doing
