Pros

They had decent training. Encouraging management. A lot of flexibility. Good office environment. They paid for continuing education. Decent benefits. Lots of resources to help with any client situation.

Cons

Not helpful with finding leads. Horrible website - it was impossible to find anything on the portal. Technology is sub-par. Laptops always breaking down and had outdated software. Group meetings were unproductive and a waste of time.

Pros

- flexible working hour. - not alot of politics among all the workers - close proximity and less commute for some place in CA.

Cons

- must be a self-starter - must be able to be 'on-top' of things - must have a will-do attitude - tiring.
