Pros

Stable company with good cash, Subsi of big Financial Institution, Brand name

Cons

Senior leadership is coterie of few people and then senior people have 1-2 favorites who in total 30-35 people run the company. There is no space for new comers, and these 35 people will not let you settle... There is big politics at play... Thats the reason these 35 people are staying more than 6,7,8, even 10 years as they are milking big cash cows,, doing all the big travel, taking all big bonuses and big increments and leaving anything for others

Pros

Flexible WFH and PTO policy.

Cons

Work can be stale. I would not suggest working here if you are below the age of 30. You have old people at the top that have no idea what's going on at the bottom.

Pros

* Management is willing to let employees to step up and take initiatives * Flexible and balanced work hours * Flat structure

Cons

* Everyone is equal: competent or incompetent. A variation of ""From each according to his ability, to each according to his need." * Unwilling to experiment in new technology or new developments unless absolutely required * Extremely bureaucratic at times
