Pros

The marketing director is amazing, very encouraging and kind.

Cons

As soon as the company began merging with New England Financial, the company became very unorganized and the atmosphere was consistently stressful. A majority of the staff in my office was laid off or simply left because they did not know the future of their employment status with MetLife.

Pros

Very good benefits, flexible work arrangements, retirement plan, 401k, etc.

Cons

Management is very slow in approving new technologies, there is always talk about change but the change never really happens. A number of senior employees and management with a lot of baggage were moved to Raleigh as well and this will ensure the politics will continue.
