      - You are given the freedom and authority to manage your work - Creativity is encouraged in changing existing processes - People are generally collaborative and nice to work with - Great benefits including class A insurance, pension plans and 401K

      Cons

      - Salary increases are relatively not high - Career Advancement opportunities within the company may not be very satisfying

      good salary, this is the only advantage I can find... But very poor benefits and perks....

      Cons

      too many to list, but the strongest problem: the management is incompetent... top management only takes care about their potential promotion, and most of them have no knowledge and skills. Very poor management....
