Do not take a job at this company that interacts with HR- they have no process and will take out any anger, aggression, or downfall onto you and your team. The lack of process is everywhere at Medidata due to it being a growing company (which can be really fun at times) but with HR specifically you can have a better experience elsewhere. Also no room for growth- one of those places with just a different title but promotions do not truly exist.

Old technology and not planning to change Poor management decisions preventing the comapny to grow Violates most of the fundamental Agile principles giving you the notion obsolete methodologies are being used Meaningless promotions that lead to incompetent people managing more capable and skilled people Poor communication between teams where you never know who to trust and who can actually help you You are not protected by anyone and you can easily be fired without having the possibility to defend yourself Plenty of unqualified people not giving you a chance to learn from anyone Everything is made to meet short term needs, this goes from promises to decisions
