      Pros

      Like all growing companies, Medidata is struggling to find its workplace identity. Trying to keep good talent and clean out legacy workers is a constant challenge and for the most part they have been successful. The workplace, the job, and the processes are constantly evolving keeping the job interesting, but you need to enjoy that type of environment. If you don't like change, then this place is definitely not for you.

      Cons

      Trying to maintain a good work/life balance is difficult. Accountability for failure to delivery is sometime part on the wrong people. Goals can be out of sync with true needs.

      The benefits are okay and my co-workers are okay and supportive.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies due to hours and politics. Everyone is cut-throat and it is a horrible atmosphere to work in. The salaries are awful and management is terrible

      Friendly and knowledgeble collegues, challenging work env, cross platform learning, lot of importance on colloboration and cross department communications, focus on employees

      Cons

      Cant think of many cons so far besides the regular challenges but the support from the collegues is wonderful. Every one tries to help an work with you on resolving th issue and moving forward.
