Amazing benefits - unlimited PTOs, WFH or Work From Remote option available. Excellent work-life balance. Great summer and winter parties. Amazing bunch of super talented and advanced technologies you get to work with.

Pros

Your team members will be extremely clever. Some of the most incredible people I've encountered in my career have been Medidatians. I learned an immense amount there, and they have a lot of the best talent in life sciences. The company also has great benefits and policies that treat its employees like real people.

Cons

Half the organization is stuck in "this is how things have always been done" and half of the organization is trying to innovate, but largely based on gut feelings and guesses. At times it can be frustrating to negotiate your projects internally.

The Medidata culture is the most impressive to me. The company cares about its employees or Medidatians as we are fondly called. This is evident in the time off offered, the work from home options available and the flexibility given to us, so we can excel in our roles.

Cons

I don't have any negatives at this time. I have been with the company for seven months.
