-Takes pride in it's products to ensure that the company is delivering the best result possible -Employee satisfaction and engagement is a priority. Not only do they have winter and summer parties, and great benefits but they also evaluate employees on a quarterly basis instead of a yearly. -Progressive in cultural awareness and diversity-they strive to make sure all employees feel heard and included -Senior management is hands on, in that they know the products and are happy to guide you to success, no micromanagement -WFH/Remote work options

Cons

We were just bought by a bigger company so there has been some hesitation among employees regarding the future of the company (benefits, culture awareness, pay etc.)

- Resources available to succeed - Strong product you can proudly sell - Overall transparency from the top down - Management provides direction but does not micro-manage - I see plenty of people who have advanced their careers during their tenure - Reasonable expectations for ramp-up period - Overall culture and attitude is very positive

Cons

No cons. Just a lot of information to take in and getting up to speed can take some time, so be patient and trust the process.
