Individually everyone's great but there's a lot of broken promises

Pros

A lot of the people are friendly and nice to work with. Socialising is fun and the new office is great.

Cons

Management make promises and then backtrack on them. Teams are constantly being reorganised so no-one really knows who to speak to about certain things. Pay rises are next-to-nothing and trying for a promotion is also like herding cats.

WFH and the BRGs they offer. Some people are really motivated and ready to help

Cons

Senior Management constantly changes the directions. Middle Management isn't competent. They run with favoritism. No promotions for skill and talent. You must be a suck up if you want to quickly get promotoed
