Thanks for your feedback regarding Company silos as this information is very helpful for us when determining which areas are causing our employees the most frustration! As our Company has quickly jumped from a small sized company to a mid-sized company (now with over 1,000 employees) new teams have sprung up to support our growing initiatives Although you may not see or understand the objectives of these teams/organizations, a lot of time & deliberation has gone into where our Company needs the most support & how we can positively impact the business. We believe there may be disconnect in how the message is being communicated to the rest of the employee population. Visibility and open communication are at the top of our priority list and as we look for ways to improve our means of communication as we grow. By no means have we ever wanted to squash new ideas, so we apologize that you have experienced this. Our goal: promote cross collaboration.
