Company rode the wave of dating apps over a decade ago with a staid playbook. Now they’re stuck as dating apps decline and unwilling to think differently. Culture and internal ways of working are stuck in 2005.

- Most people work real hard and are truly helpful - Some groups are lucky enough to stay fully 100% remote - Perks are great

Cons

- Reckless and poorly planned layoffs have set the stage for its inevitable failure. - Upper management tries to make everyone happy (largely stockholders) but ends up making no one happy
