      New Management has turned the open culture into a keep quiet and do as your told. BK came in with all this energy but has killed what made Match such a great place to work. Instead of feeling like a valued professional, you are now just an employee who needs to be quiet and be happy you have a job. Working from home ending, Upper management not being clear and honest about their motives, oppressive culture.

      Dodge/unethical industry & company; growth build on shaky ground as there is currently no regulation from the government about online scammers. Management only care about sales, and don't pay any attention to customer complaints unless it's PR crisis; management treat staff very harshly
