Pros

Health benefits, Death in Service is market leading

Cons

Working for a large company you become just an employee number. Pay increases are few and far between. Promotions are given to those in favour with management, not those who work for it.

Pros

Modern office, MNC so there are opportunities to collaborate around the globe. Great work-life balance.

Cons

I regret to say that my experience working at this company has been nothing short of disheartening and frustrating. From the moment I joined, it became apparent that the office environment was plagued by rampant office politics, undermining the potential for professional growth and fair recognition of hard work. One of the most concerning aspects of this company is the lack of proper recognition and rewards for performing employees. Despite putting in significant effort and consistently going above and beyond, there is no transparent system in place to acknowledge and reward exceptional performance. Instead, it seems that recognition is subjectively based on personal preferences and favoritism. This discourages employees from striving to excel in their roles, as it becomes clear that hard work is often overlooked or taken for granted. Furthermore, I have witnessed a disturbing pattern where the company only takes action when an employee decides to resign. Suddenly, when faced with the prospect of losing a valuable team member, management will extend a counter offer as a desperate attempt to retain talent. This reactive approach does little to foster loyalty and trust, as employees may feel undervalued and underappreciated until the point of resignation. Some HR/TA are also clowns & outright rude
