Pros

The job can be interesting. Theres opportunity to meet loads of people, business owners, industry leaders. Offices are nice and I did enjoy working with my colleagues.

Cons

Theres too many to mention. The main thing is if you have a complaint, good idea, a grievance, or just want your voice to be heard forget it. It was always the same stuff every year. All companies have issues but I started to get anxious and borderline depressed working at Marsh New Zealand. There's also no clear path on career progression and HR couldn't even tell you basic things like what salary band you were on.
