Pros

- Free Gym Facility Onsite - decent pto -small location

Cons

unfriendly co-workers expensive heath insurance there are fifteen internet applications that you need to gain proficiency in. These are insurance carrier sites and internal employee sites. the salary is low under 35k and low morale. to top it off, there is a weird balance of high turnover and bitter old timers who dont like new hires. it was very disheartening. advancement opportunities were few and far between. i quit after less than six months

Pros

Encourages furthuring your education as long as it relates to job.

Cons

Work life balance was not always there. If your manager didn't have a family to go home to at night, they couldn't understand having to leave to pick up sick children or pick up kids by a certain time at day care.
