      Pros

      Colleagues in the field truly focus on what is right for the clients and work hard for them. Not always easy as employee count shrinks and constant new iniatives. Great coworkers. Very good people in the trenches. A lot of loyalty.

      Cons

      Having employees go through 4 years of no raises while people were coming on making HUGE >$300k salaries was demoralizing. Appeared top executives were really taken advantage of countries economics woes for the masses. You're lucky to have a job etc. Huge organization. You don't get the sense you matter.

      very little investment in colleague training frequent and seemingly regularly scheduled RIFS and changes in management teams and focus impact morale and progress
