Pros

Large global company which previously was a great place to learn.

Cons

Local office and regional leadership can be lacking. Reduction in staffing (resignations) means little work life balance and poor client service. New hires have been very limited for the past 18 months.

Pros

New office building, good benefits, clear job requirements

Cons

No cost of living raises and every year the bar is raised higher for bonuses and merit raises. More work and not more pay.
