Marsh has been a great place for me to work. The people are friendly and fun and my boss is great about letting me take off when needed for my family. The benefits package is great even if the salaries are low

a relaxed environment, good people.

Cons

The pay is very poor, and advancement seems to be focused on length of employment rather than on merit. Inadequate quality system that can only hurt you, since the bonuses for high quality were abandoned.
