Pros

Great place to work Friendly people Strong team dynamics No micromanagement (so long as you get your work done) Opportunities to grow

Cons

Little to no room for compensation negotiation Slow to provide employees with title raises and/or salary increases (until you get another job offer, of course) Job role responsibilities extend beyond the description (Senior brokers often have to manage back-office/clerical work) Lack of structure and invoicing issues lead to client retention rates decreasing

Pros

Enjoyable role diverse work the people i work with are pleasant

Cons

Marsh says they are 'flexible' but with the push of working in an office becomes more apparent their actions don't back up their words. Senior leadership is all white men when they are trying to be more inclusive and diverse it should start from the top to reflect their intensions.

Pros

1. The salary and bonus potential is above average. 2. Everyone is willing to collaborate, teach, train, and help you advance your career. 3. Career growth is endless. 4. Offers working remote, hybrid, or in office. 5. Management for the most part seems to care about you. 6. You'll succeed if you're well organized, and willing to learn.

Cons

1. The health insurance is the worst part of the company. The $400 deductible plan was cancelled and the next level up is $1,500. It's also expensive. 2. Some of the internal departments handled stateside and oversea lack attention to detail and following direction often leading to several corrections being made and there is no discipline or addressing the issue. Sub Par work is acceptable in those departments for some reason.
