Pros

I like that it's hybrid and has great benefits and collaboration.

Cons

Austin office in particular has a smaller budget. They had created a new role which led to a lot of people to believe that they would be compensated for it to only find out that they weren't. This led to a lot of people quitting at once. Workload is high.
