Pros

Benefits, hours, clean, take care of their clients

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE - You know who you are, if you are reading this. They yell at employees in front of all and are very partial. A lot of family there and they take care of their own.

Pros

Great peers, the opportunity to work with great managers

Cons

Very little control over your career, low pay and very few opportunities to improve pay. While there are some great managers there are many more bad managers who do no succession planning or career development.
