Pay is Inadequate

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Good healthcare, 401k, vacation/sick day benefits.

Cons

Unless you’re in an executive level position, the pay is atrocious for the amount of responsibilities and work you will be handling. You’d be better of managing a dry cleaner, as there would be less stress for the income. Does not matter your position, low pay company-wide seems to be an issue. From operations to client offices.
