      Good training and team potential, but poor pay and cliques

      Pros

      Good training, competitive discounts, free bus, some good team members, potential for progression, very good training and team building. Safe working environment and support when needed.

      Cons

      Due to the location of Aberdeen, felt quite disconnected from central belt and routes to progression blocked by my manager. There was a clique environment and resistance to new ideas or change. Pay was very poor for what you were expected to do, and high performance was never fully appreciated by management. When I transitioned to another department, training was not given, I was openly told I was not right person for the job and left to fail.
