      It was good, but going in the wrong direction

      Remote work, good colleagues, tech is generally good

      Cons

      Since owned by an investment company, the overall direction seems really different. I feel is becoming worst. CTO is not invested in tech.

      Disappointing experience

      Pros

      Great trainer for employee onboarding. Decent office location.

      Cons

      Product is very limited due to lack of own licence. Significant (worryingly so) reliance on one key client. No real diversity, particularly at senior level. Disconnected management structure. Frequent turnover of staff. Clear favouritism/preferential treatment of certain employees. Unprofessional contact from former colleagues since leaving the business.
