This results in endless changes and confusion, wasting the time of store employees who are left to deal with the fallout. It's frustrating and demoralizing to work under such chaotic conditions. The HR manager is another significant issue. Instead of supporting the employees, she focuses solely on protecting the general manager and district manager, regardless of the poor decisions they make. This creates an environment where employees feel unvalued and unprotected. To make matters worse, the buyer lacks the ability to choose products that appeal to customers. This leads to poor sales, yet the blame for these failures is unfairly placed on store staff. The unrealistic expectations and limited hours provided make it impossible to meet their demands.
