      Mango treats it’s employees with a high degree of humanity, and respect. You have both national holidays, and self-generated days to be able to go on vacation. It’s a dynamic, competitive and supportive environment,

      Cons

      Depending on the sales variation in the span of a month, you pay can be reduced due to the fact that commissions are the biggest percentage of your salary. Management can be quite lacking at some stores, it’s considered lucky to be in a well organized store.
