Pros

Near by shopping places and that's all that I can say that's good. There's really no pros about this company.

Cons

All you do as a sales associates is lie to customers about how good the product is and try to up sale by creating outfits together so they can buy expensive clothes that are very cheap that's made from viscose. Maybe 2% of their products are "good" qualities. On top of that, your so cal fellow co workers on the floor would always try to steal your customer so they can get the commission.

Pros

Overall, I did not have a great experience with this job from start to finish. The only real positives were the pay and the wonderful sales associates I had the pleasure of working with. They truly made the day-to-day more bearable.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company itself lacked structure and consistency. Management, particularly at the district level, was extremely disorganized and unprofessional, which created a chaotic work environment. There were no clear standards or accountability, and it often felt like people could do whatever they wanted without consequence. This poor leadership also contributed to an extremely high turnover rate, with employees frequently leaving due to frustration and burnout. Additionally, the register systems are severely outdated. It left a lot of room for error during transactions and negatively impacted both employees and the customer experience. Overall, the lack of leadership, structure, and modern tools made this a frustrating place to work.

Pros

I'm grateful that we do not have to work overtime and provide standard benefits.

Cons

1.Poor behavior towards internal staff: The management doesn't treat employees with respect, and their behavior can be rude and insensitive. 2.Lack of market awareness: The management doesn't seem to understand the market well, and their decisions are not aligned with customer needs or preferences. 3.Lack of concern for staff: The management doesn't seem to care about their employees' well-being or job satisfaction. They don't take employee feedback into account when making decisions. 4.Frequent changes in store display: The store frequently changes its display, which can be confusing for customers and inefficient for staff. 5.No marketing strategy: The store doesn't seem to have a clear marketing strategy or focus on promoting specific products or services. 6.No staff surveys: The management doesn't gather feedback from front-end staff, which can lead to missed opportunities for improvement. 7.No career growth path: The management doesn't provide a clear path for career growth or development for employees, which can lead to low morale and high turnover.
