      Great culture and scope for development

      Pros

      Excellent people culture. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, regularly go out for drinks and nights out. Great team ethic and atmosphere. Excellent training opportunities. Company invests in you to go on at least 1 training course per year, demonstrating its commitment to your development. Great if you want to build solid experience. Hierarchy is non existent and you're not limited by what 'level' you're on. Great platform to build/shape your career. Senior management very approachable and helpful.

      Cons

      Not as many big name projects as bigger companies. Can lead to long time on bench.
