Great benefits and freebies, amazing colleagues, thorough training, fun environment, great parties, the skills you learn would be transferrable to other jobs, would be an ideal retail job if you don't mind a busy shop floor (I loved it)

Cons

Poor work/life balance as burning yourself out in order to get your work done is sometimes encouraged and celebrated, management often discourage you from progressing if you leaving their team would be an inconvenience to them, sickness and illness is handled poorly, rubbish pay for what's expected of you (in certain roles)
