Pros

Staff is excited to pass on knowledge of products with other new employees and with customers. They promote learning and fun on the job.

Cons

Products can be very complex and it takes a lot of personal effort to memorize and learn all the ingredients. It's challenging to put that effort in when the pay is not the greatest!

Pros

- working at a store with products you actually believe in, no need to act like a car salesman! - managers, key holders, other sales associates are always a pleasure to work with, doesn't feel like a cubicle 9-5 job! - learning, you really develop as a person here, not just with product knowledge but with working in retail and as a person - the discount!

Cons

- training, it does take quite some time

Pros

Great discounts, benefits and a fun work environment . Work days pass by quickly.

Cons

I rarely get more than one shift per week (three hours) and they don't often promote to fill higher-up roles, they just re-hire! I've been working for a year and a half, and I'm still part time and they say I'm doing very well, but instead of a promotion they rehired to fill new keyholder roles :@
