Pros

50% off products. A good company to stand behind. Solid consumer base.

Cons

A large amount of everyone employed claim to be vegan and give off a pretentious vibe because of the product's value. Cliquey "we are saving the world with sales" culture.

Pros

-50% discount on most products -co workers are friendly

Cons

-managers are not given enough training in order to effectively run a shop -constantly told to push customers to make sales -all staff except managers are kept on very small contracts 5-15 hours -discourage employees from joining a union -no internal HR department which leaves nobody to talk to when a problem arises -no area managers (ridiculous for a company so large) -no extra pay on bank holidays, christmas eve, boxing day, new years day -managers are left to run wild with the shop with little to no supervision from anyone higher up
