Pros

- possible bonus when financial targets are reached - 40% discount on products - possibility to get samples from everything and take home damaged products

Cons

- maintaining a healthy work-life-balance gets actively discouraged by management (everybody is expected to work/be available 5 days a week) - bullying culture, the CEOs frequently gossiped about absent staff on manager meetings or riddiculed them. - disorganisation at the top level, conflicting information about practices, often late/incomplete information for new product launches, wrong/missing information about ingredients and product prices. - shop managers are pressured into terminating employees for illegal reasons (taking care of sick child, mothers in general, personality). - huge staff turnover in general, which gets actively encouraged and facilitated by top level management. - constant control/surveillance of staff

Pros

Good employee discount, free products, friendly staff, competitive pay

Cons

The management team don't care about employee wellbeing. Lush like to give the image of being an ethical, moral, benevolent company but that's just an image. They don't care about your wellbeing, they care about how much money you're making for them.

Pros

Product discount is 50% - that’s pretty much it.

Cons

Unless you’re Canadian don’t shoot for ever moving up. No matter how much work you put in it’s NEVER enough you have to continually prove your loyalty like you’re in a cult. They say don’t work from home but god FORBID you don’t answer an email or tick a task off in your day off you will get followed up with about why you’re slipping - but then they will low ball you on pay and say you’re asking for too much - even if it’s industry standard.
