      Pros

      Pay is OK and people are generally accepting of LGBTQ+ community, and most lower level workers are very down to earth.

      Cons

      Management is so far into the Lush rabbit hole that they actually believe the nonsense they spout. From forcing you to do needless busy work, to going on about the CEO's amazing personality, Lush seems great from afar but it's much worse up close.
