      Full training provided, generous staff discount, worthwhile bonus scheme at management level, freedom to experiment as manager and drive own store to success

      Cons

      Lack of area management and dedicated Human Resources department within company means experiences in stores can be inconsistent; experiences will vary greatly from shop to shop depending on manager

      Great company, awful management. Should be more checks on in store bullying.

      Cons

      Cliquey, have overheard management bad mouthing other staff members, extremely aggressive management style, pushy and intimidating. Bad with holidays and many good team members let go.

      Loved meeting customers and ground floor staff are hard working and dedicated.

      Racist managment, favoritism is huge amonsgt supervisors, general lack of empathy from a company that is supposed to be so ethical.
