      Good company to be but not to stay forever if you want to grow

      Pros

      Nice place to work for 2 or 3 years. Good staff discounts, Nice bonus scheme: Global dependent bonus every 3 months and 2 performance reviews every 6 months.

      Cons

      They have a lot of glass ceilings so don't expect to grow by merits. The work turns too static through the years. They expect you to be always available (even on holidays and weekends).

      The discount is amazing and you really feel like you're making a difference by promoting sustainable materials and animal rights.

      Cons

      I personally experienced a lack of team mentality, I don't think they regard temps as highly as permanent staff members, but a lot of places are like that.

      Exciting and fun, managers generally seem to have your best interests at heart. You are not treated like a cog in a wheel, the best ethics in any company ever

      Cons

      Exhausting and EVERY time someone speaks to you it will be a form of feedback.
