Discounts, reputable company, they provide uniforms and dry clean for you.

Cons

Company is a joke, they hire internally and all based on people who suck up and kiss butt. For being a luxury company, pay is very low compared to other high end brands.

Prestigious brand, great product and nice working environment. Co-workers were the only thing I liked when working there, they were friendly and knowledgable.

Cons

Pay sucks. Below average hourly, no commission, unachievable incentive program. It is a extremely stingy company. LVMH is the most profitable company, however the way they treat their employees is very disappointed! I guess they are so successful, the product sells itself, even the dumbest person can sell. I guess they never need to be afraid of not being able to hire people and paying minimum wage. (Of course they pay more than minimum, I am just trying to make a point here)
