Pros

A lot great deal of learning of the luxury retail world

Cons

You have to play the game, kiss the behinds of upper management. Not much value in employees as far as pay and treatment compared to other luxury brands.

Pros

Professional environment, proper training, they still send EVERYONE who works here to New York City to train, ( even part-timers), very fashion forward, without being too trendy. Great managers and staff. Uniforms, dry cleaning, and a clean store. They have housekeeping 7 days a week.

Cons

Lots of "rough" customers. Not enough people on the sales floor. The women have to wear their hair up. While I understand why, this is a little extreme.
