Pros

Room for growth for those motivated or inclined. Product is truly the highest quality. Must be willing to transfer to another location and/or state. Excellent benefit package and opportunity for travel. Great company culture.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement from corporate, most of the customer base is entitled and spoiled, treating associates poorly. Must have thick skin in this atmosphere.

- Good team spirit and energy, most of the time - Store Manager is understanding about home life and requesting specific days off

Cons

- Different rules and consequences for different people. Senior members of staff often get away with mistakes which Client Advisors would be critiqued for - Very low commission, especially compared to other luxury brands - Staff discount is poor. You're only allowed to purchase one bag per year using your discount - Limited progression opportunities

Employees discount. Beautiful store, clients are fun most of the time. If you are under the good management, you are lucky. Otherwise there’s no value, it’s all about getting a long with politics

Cons

Management is way too young and managers are always talking, laughing and dancing sometimes. Very disappointed, LV is not luxury anymore!
