Pros

The pros of working here, are the employee discount, accrual of paid time off, and the pay is decent.

Cons

The cons of working for this place is no work/life balance, they want you to do more than what was laid out in the contract, and not compensate you for it. Management does not know what they're doing, and forces you to come in when you're sick.

Pros

You make good money, and job is extremely easy. Overtime uncapped during peak seasons ( you can come in early, stay late, or take a shorter lunch if you'd like ), two fifteen minute breaks, and an hour lunch. Late shift is laid back. A few managers are really nice.

Cons

Everyone is a "seasonal employee" meaning you can be there for three days or three years and you can randomly get laid off for no reason. They make you sign a contract when you get hired saying you can get fired at any given moment with no reason given. They lay people off in waves sometimes 30+ at a time. No matter how good your sales are, attendance or quality ratings. They will lay someone off who is a perfect all around employee and keep someone who's missed days of work and did not called in. Its just a harsh environment tbh if you come in around peak season (Christmas time). You don't have a set schedule can work from anywhere between 8:00 am to Midnight. The RTA (real time analyst) walk around all the time looking at your phone to make sure your talking at ALL times and will Skype you 10 secs after you hang up with a client and say go into "Ready" asap. Also you basically lie to the clients all day. You arent able to tell them a exact number when it comes to quantity in a store location. Only allowed to say "limited" availability or its "high" availability. You also arent allowed to call the Louis Vuitton stores when customers request to be patched through you only can advise then to step into a store or send an email o their behalf. Clients get super upset when you tell them this.
