Poor & deceptive management giving the brand a bad name. No flexibility with schedule, TM's have no actual managerial skills. Company does not care about employees to where they terminate you without a proper notice, especially during a pandemic. No benefit to working for this company & employees are treated as if they are disposable. HEARTLESS!

Commission rate sucks(0.2%-4%) 0.20% on commonly sold canvas literally pennies 😡, high sales goals average $175k/month if you miss 2 or 3 consecutive months you’re let go. They hire outside of LV for individuals willing to do more work for less pay, competitive hourly rate (someone in same position as you can potentially be making $2-3 more per hour than you)
