Pros

Rich, interesting and lovely clients to build up a relationship with and create a strong client portfolio.

Cons

Everything else. Worst toxic place I’ve ever seen in years and years of experience in retail. Too much favouritism, xenophobia and homophobia. If you’re white and French, you’re a superstar - none whatsoever diversity. None of them care about you and about your mental health, you’re not a human being, you need to be just a robot who can only say ‘yes sir/yes ma’am’. If you speak up, you’re gonna get mistreated, bullied, punished and they will force you to leave with all the brain washing. Management with no capabilities, arrogant, narcissistic, zero communication skills, no emphaty, obnoxious micro-management behaviour. Every new employee that gets hired, two existing ones hand over their resignation. Now the average person who applies and gets hired has no experience (mostly young people) so they can pay bare minimum. Low pay because “YOU NEED TO BE GRATEFUL TO WORK FOR US”!. No benefits, 0% commission on canvas products (50% of the monthly sales coming from that category) and pretty low commission on anything else. Staff sales with ridiculous high price point - basically they try to make profit out of their employees. If you want to work to progress your way up DO NOT consider this company.

Pros

Great bootcamp if you have never worked in luxury retail before, exposure to variety of clients, product, and how to sell them, they give you clothes to wear, opportunity to work pop-up events, can shop from employee discount stores.

Cons

You are measured deeply on sales goals, very competitive, do not provide adequate training, covid guidelines change weekly, are expected to recover stolen merchandise from your clients, you make the lowest commission of all retail brands

Pros

-Experience working in luxury retail -Friendly coworkers

Cons

-LV decided to underpay part-time employees during the holidays while internal system was down. While I worked 34-36 hours weekly, I only got paid for 20. To restrict our pay the week before Christmas is appalling and reveals their complete lack of care or compassion for their employees. -Poor commission -Must abide by strict dress code policy -Management can be rude when new employees ask questions to learn the job duties -Do not experience any perks or benefits, especially as a seasonal employees
